Camuflagem de quebra-ventos para obras rodoviárias no planalto
In a Tibet plateau road tunnel project, multiple large material barns and aggregate stockpiles were wrapped in specialized netting. The net acted as a wall covering, masking the industrial site and serving as a windbreak. It also prevented snow buildup and protected the materials.

On a remote high-altitude highway project, the open-air material yards and processing camps needed protection. The construction team installed high-tensile camouflage nets over the sides of large storage sheds and sandpiles. These nets were specifically engineered to be windproof and snow-resistant. They enveloped the entire outer wall of each structure, creating a continuous camouflaged facade.
The netting’s camouflage pattern also acted as a visual screen, masking the bright plastic and metal surfaces behind it. Functionally, the nets provided shade and blocked airborne dust from scattering. They also stopped drifting snow from burying the stored materials in winter. The breathable net design meant air could circulate, preventing wind from ballooning the nets out or collapsing them.
Corner edges were tied to the building frame and ground anchors to form a complete barrier. After installation, the site appeared as smooth earthen walls rather than a clutter of construction gear. Safety reports showed that equipment remained weather-protected, and landscape photographers noted the unified natural tone. This solution demonstrated how camouflage netting can double as practical weatherproofing in infrastructure projects.
