The 150D Double-Layer Camouflage Sunshade Net is made with 100% polyester filament fabric and a reinforced nylon backing mesh. It combines a three-dimensional cut-leaf surface with a hand-tied mesh structure, providing lightweight shading, matte visual screening, and flexible installation for outdoor covering applications.
With standard sizes and full custom-cut options, this net can be used for construction site covering, aggregate yard screening, slope greening, garden sunshade, temporary roof covering, outdoor decoration, and irregular equipment wrapping.

Product Construction
This camouflage sunshade net is designed with a cut-leaf polyester surface and a supporting nylon mesh. The surface fabric creates a three-dimensional camouflage effect, while the backing mesh improves structural stability during installation and outdoor use.
Surface Fabric
The surface layer uses 100% polyester filament fabric with a weight of 70 ± 10 g/m² and an approximate thickness of 0.12 mm. The fabric is processed into a three-dimensional die-cut wavy pattern to help break up flat visual outlines and improve the decorative camouflage effect.
Supporting Backing Mesh
The backing mesh is made of 21-strand standard nylon rope. The mesh grid size is 15 cm × 15 cm, with a mesh weight of approximately 8 g/m². Each single mesh rope has a breaking strength of ≥750 N.
Edge Binding and Tie Ropes
The edge is bound with the same fabric and stitched with a single sewing line. Tie ropes are arranged every 1 meter, making the net easy to tension, fix, connect, and install on different structures.
Standard Sizes and Custom Cutting
Standard sizes are available for common outdoor covering and shading projects.
Non-standard sizes can be cut according to project requirements. The length and width tolerance is controlled within ±2%.
Custom Shapes
We manufacture custom dimensions and irregular shapes for non-standard covering projects. Available widths range from 1.5 to 50 m, with lengths of up to 200 m.
Custom cutting options include arcs, fan shapes, trapezoids, irregular polygons, curved covers, equipment wraps and full-slope coverings. Multiple panels can also be joined for large or irregular areas.
Multiple net pieces can also be joined together to match large-area or irregular covering requirements.
Camouflage Colors and Pattern Options
Custom colors can be matched to a supplied sample or selected for a specific background environment, subject to production confirmation.
Jungle Three-Color
Dark green, grass green, and earthy yellow. Commonly used for construction sites, mountain areas, vegetation backgrounds, and outdoor green environments.
Desert Three-Color
Sand yellow, light brown, and earthy brown. Suitable for sand, gravel yards, dry land, and desert-style environments.
Solid Colors
Army green, black, white, and khaki are available for sunshade, decoration, screening, and general outdoor covering.

Weather, Shading and Optical Screening Performance
The 150D camouflage sunshade net is suitable for outdoor environments from -30°C to +50°C. In extremely cold conditions, the coating may become slightly harder, but it will not crack or peel off under normal use.
The product uses standard UV-resistant additives. Under outdoor exposure, the expected service life is approximately 0.5–1 year. For indoor storage, the storage life is approximately 2 years.
The matte surface helps reduce obvious mirror reflection under strong outdoor light. With a visible light shading rate of 75–85% and light transmittance of ≤1.2%, it provides effective shading and visual screening for many outdoor covering applications.
This model is intended for visible-light shading and visual concealment. It does not provide infrared, thermal or radar signature reduction unless separately specified and supported by test data.

The net is designed for normal level 3–4 wind conditions. In strong wind environments, reinforced fixing and edge protection are recommended to reduce abrasion on corners and edges.

Each piece is individually packed for convenient carrying, storage, distribution, and on-site installation. Five types of independent packaging bags are available according to customer requirements.
